You will have full use of the exclusive cottage and private garden area. Comfortably accommodating 4 people,

This stunning modernised fisherman's cottage has been renovated fully and is set within the private & secure walled Garden of our 1800's listed family home.

You will have access to the full private cottage, within there are 2 bedrooms. 1 downstairs and a second up a single flight of stairs set within the lofted open space at the top of the cottage. There is also a modern shower room (no bath). and an open kitchen living room fully equipped with a cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. in the lounge there is a 2 seater sofa and 2 single chairs so that you may watch tv or dvds. Outside the cottage there is an area for you to sit around a table and chairs and bathe in the sunshine and fresh air of Cullen.

We live on site but we do not intrude on your space and you have a private key to enter the cottage and garden as you please. Just please be respectful of security and privacy of our family home.

The Neighbourhood

We live in the centre of Cullen so as soon as you step outside the private walled garden you will be on the main street next to all the cafes, pubs book shops antique shops and only a 2 min walk to the beach and harbour area.

If you are a climber, Golfer, Castle or Whisky enthusiast then Cullen is an ideal location for you. If you are wanting to catch a bus to the surrounding areas then the bus stop is 30 seconds walk to the centre of Cullen square.

Getting Around

Buses leave regularly from the square only 30 seconds walk away or local Taxi firms are very reasonable. if you want to get a train then the closest station is Keith (11 miles) or Elgin (21 miles).

Other Things to Note

Pets are not allowed to stay in our cottage as we have a few pets ourselves including the free range chickens so as you would expect, this could be difficult.

No Smoking in the cottage or garden please.
