Congratulations to Seaton Jurassic for their Commendation from the Association for Heritage Interpretation at the 2017 Discover Heritage Awards. It was for how they have used the built space of a centre to tell the cultural and natural heritage story of the Jurassic Coast landscape and region.

Today is World Heritage Day, to mark and celebrate the importance of the World's shared heritage; part of the agenda of peace promoted by UNESCO. Celebrate the UK's fantastic 30 Sites by visiting your nearest and finding out more about why it is important. You can find out where they all are at https://worldheritageuk.org/about/ourworldheritagesites/ and of course the Jurassic Coast is special because the cliffs show 185 million years of the Earth's history in 95 miles of stunning coastline.
