This shoot is for an amazing project that Rosedales are doing. Rosedale Funeral Home is planning to launch a new book next year aimed at helping those who are newly bereaved to learn the art of Cooking for One, along with advice on self-help and wellbeing. Over the years of running bereavement support groups, we have learned at Rosedale that many people who have lost a partner find it difficult to prepare meals for just one person and the importance of food and cooking can diminish. In memory of Simon’s sister Sarah, we are compiling a collection of recipes and stories that have been written by the bereaved.
