I offer a flexible range of training styles to suit your individual needs. I am available a wide range of hours and can even provide out of gym training. I specialise in body toning, circuit training, weightlifting and bodybuilding. I have military experience and a wide knowledge of the armed forces if training for military selection is your aim. Wendy on the big 300kg press as well. Legs of steel. She even did it with her eyes closed.
Again with the leg progress, this time 370kg. Pretty clean reps and still feeling like I have more. Love training legs twice a week, releasing more growth hormone to help me with the rest of my muscle building. Your legs naturally contain the most type 2 muscle fibres (fast twitch) so why not push them to their limit regularly.
The day when you are hitting your PB just for fun. 340kg leg press for 2-3 half decent reps.
