Dog Grooming Service in Chellaston, Derby. Caroline, the owner of The Grooming Studio, is OCN level 2 qualified in dog grooming.
Owning dogs most of her life, currently having a Cocker Spaniel and a large Labradoodle, means she is fully aware of the needs and love dogs must receive when visiting a grooming salon. This ensures that each dog is treated well and lovingly handled.
Caroline has had many years experience working with animals having worked for the RSPCA and an extremely well established animal hospital

Happy New Year to all and I hope that 2017 brings the very best for you....Please read the following notice it has taken me sometime to think how to write this in a way that it will not offend anyone as it really is not my intention. 1) Due to suppliers increase of equipment maintenance, shampoos etc and also that I now have rent overheads I find myself in a position that I need to increase my prices for dog grooming which will take effect immedietly. If I have not already notified you of this then please message me and I will let you know the new pricing for you pooch. 2) As you are all aware of my new premises you will also be aware that it is a Boarding Kennel and Hydrotherapy Centre and therefore other dogs around and it is fair to say that not all dogs like other dogs therefore please keep your dog on a lead at all times. 3) Keep to your drop off and collection times. I do understand that sometimes things happen but please let me know as this could have an effect on my next client which really is not fair to them or me. If repeated failure to collect or drop off your dog at an agreed time I will have no option but to incure an extra charge. And finally...... 4) I am honoured that my clients trust me enough to leave their dogs with me knowing that I will treat them as one of my own and that they are happy with the service I offer, however this also work both ways, I carry out my work with a lot of time and pride and yes I do expect to get paid for this work. As most of you will be aware I used to take card payments but at the moment I do not and I am aware that a lot of people do not carry cash around and so I am happy for them to Bank transfer my fee directly to my bank account however, I have had a few incidents where I have not been paid and have had to chase people on a number of occasions (which I really feel uncomfortable doing) and still not paid. For these reasons (although I happy to still accept Bank Transfers) I will have to insist that Payment should be made within 24hrs of the grooming appointment, if this does not happen I will send a reminder text and again if this is not successful I will have to insist that on the clients next appointment the outstanding balance plus the new charge must be paid for in full before collecting the dog and that any other future appointments to be paid in full at the time of booking them.
