Crossgates Boarding Kennels is a small family run business who’ s aim is to give all of our residents the individual care and attention they require to ensure they have an happy and enjoyable holiday with us. The Kennels were newly constructed in 2011 and are of a very high standard offering a 5* canine hotel.  

We have individual and family units, which are all larger than regulations require. All units are heated, insulated, sound proofed, double glazed and have piped music which is played throughout the day.

Each kennel has its own spacious covered outside run, with sneeze barriers between the units to prevent any risk of infection. The kennels have been designed so that they are not overlooking each other as not to cause them any aggregation. Each run overlooks Poka Beck valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty giving your dog’s a natural habitat to view.  

The kennel block has its own 'groom room' which has bath facilities so your dogs can return home pampered and clean.

Outside the Kennel blocks are our secure social areas where your dogs are supervised and are allowed to play and run free. Each group of dogs are rotated throughout the day allowing them to have as much outdoor playtime as possible.

Crossgates Boarding Kennels is set in 34 acres of land which your dogs will have access to on their daily walks, no need to take them off the premises.

Monday - Friday - 7am to 11am or 3pm-6pm

Saturday and Sunday - 7am to 12pm
