Hi folks. We have just seen this comment on our former customers page. The batch Hungry Hounds refers to was manufactured in July 2017. Mark Thomson from Hungry Hounds brought this to our attention then. At this time we offered to do a full product recall and offer a refund to any customer who had a similar issue or were unhappy with this batch but he didn't agree! We are now 3 months down the line from when this batch was manufactured and have had no other complaints or concerns. Our policy has always been to talk to customers regarding any issues they have with our products and offer a full refund and free replacement of any they are not happy with.
