Dear customers I just had a text come through from a new client that had sent the text on the 11th January. That is really strange and I have no explanation other than the network is playing up. I don't ignore texts and always try and reply. However it is best to phone for an appointment and actually talk to us in person. Or ofcourse pop into the shop. Sorry to the customer. Hello everyone Big apologies to all my clients that were booked in today and had to be rescheduled. We have been fitted with a faulty pump in the main water system and therefore wasn't able to use sinks today. We are in the process of getting it fixed today which proves to be a challenge as these don't usually get stocked around here. If we have to order one for tomorrow it means I won't have water tomorrow morning either . But I will keep you all updated. Many thanks for you understanding Jutta and team x
