Established in 1979, Norman Morrow & Co is a family-run Estate Agency covering the South Antrim area including Crumlin, Glenavy, Templepatrick, Dundrod, Hannahstown, Stoneyford, Upper and Lower Ballinderry, Maghaberry, Aghalee and Gawleys Gate.
Our services include Selling Residential homes, Commercial properties and Agricultural Farms. We also provide a Rental service for private houses, commercial units and conacre lettings of land. Having been involved in the farming sector all of my working life, it is no surprise that it’s both my favoured area of the business and therefore, my speciality. We can also carry out probate valuations on private residences, farms, livestock and farm machinery.
As professional Estate Agents we are proud members of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS). Our business has always been built on honesty, integrity and a commitment to do our best for our customers, with a highly motivated and dedicated team.
The company was established by myself and my wife Lorna. Joined then by Christina in 1993 on the old YTP scheme, she has become a vital member of the team who looks after our rental department and maintains excellent relationships with her clients. Our son Mathieu came into the firm in 2002, training as a Negotiator he has learnt his trade and now manages the Sales department along with a number of other duties. More recently, we have welcomed a new face – former manager in a leading South Belfast agency, Debra joined us in 2016. Along with a wealth of knowledge and honest advice, as a team we have a passion for what we do!
We like many others have come through difficult times in recent years but we remain motivated by our loyal client base to carry on providing a professional service in the area. We appreciate the loyalty shown by our clients who have used our services in the past and continue to do so. As with any ambitious company, we are always in the market for new business and welcome new clients on a regular basis.
Our “In-House” mortgage advisor ‘Marion Hull Mortgages’ can provide independent advice on all types of mortgages and investments. She can also assist with applications to the Co-ownership Housing Scheme. Marion offers a flexible appointment system at a time and location to suit everyone.
We recognise that since first opening the doors in 1979, times have changed. With this in mind we recently commissioned the new website which maximises the exposure for each of the properties we list. We advertise all of our properties, land and sites on the two major property portals in Northern Ireland, Propertynews and Propertypal, as standard. We also advertise and promote ourselves on Facebook in a bid to keep up with the rise in popularity of social media. While our office hours are the same as most agents, we can accommodate for appointments outside of that if necessary. We are committed to offering the highest level of professional service and are confident that the service we give remains unrivalled by our competitors.
