Somethingās eggy Breakfast number 2 This wee beaut is a all in one pan dish - less mess and stress Ingredients- serves 1 ā¬ļø 1. 120 g turkey sausages ( I used Mallons) 2. 2 large eggs 3. 6 mushrooms halved 4. Sliced red onion 1/4 5. 1 g garlic purée 6. 5 g Kerry gold 7. 5 cherry tomatoes 8. Italian herbs Method ā¬ļø 1. Slice the sausages into 6 2. Add the butter to a pan place the sausages in and fry until golden 3. Add in the mushrooms, onions and tomatoes plus the garlic and Italian herbs 4. Once lightly fried make a circle in the middle and crack the eggs in 5. Leave for few minutes on medium until egg starts cooking out 6. Place the pan in a hot oven 5-7 mins depending on how you like your eggs cooked Sick of the usual boring breakfast try this bad boy - high protein low carbs and full of goodness

For the coming weeks itās going to be high protein breakfasts from us First up - itās a wrap 👌🏻 Ingredients - serves 3 ā¬ļø 1. 1 packet oh so lean turkey rashers 2. 6 slices streaky bacon 3. 120 g avocado 4. 15 ml hot sauce 5. 3 Tesco wholemeal wraps 6. 5 g Kerry gold butter 7. Pepper and crushed chilli flakes Method ā¬ļø 1. Add the butter to a large pan when melted add the turkey and the bacon - cook until golden 2. Mash the avocado up and add pepper and chilli flakes 3. Add the wraps into a pre heated oven to warm few minutes 4. Place the cook meat on a chopping board and roughly chop 5. Top the wraps with the meat add the avocado and hot sauce and roll up and thatās a wrap Simple and effective 🤘

Pancakes with bacon rashers and agave syrup This trio packs a punch - and enjoyable for the family to do together For the pancake batter ā¬ļø 1. 200 g self raising flour 2. 30 g baking powder 3. 1 whole egg whisked 4. 300 ml semi skimmed milk 5. Salt and spoonful of stevia Method ā¬ļø 1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl 2. Whisk the egg and milk together 3. Slowly whisk the contents together taking all lumps out Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees For cooking the pancakes ā¬ļø 1. On a medium heat add 3 g butter when itās melted slowly add 1/3 of the mix 2. Once the pancake has set turn it and continue to cook for few minutes and place in the oven ( repeat until 3 servings are made) 3. Fry the bacon in 5 g butter until crispy 4. Quarter the pancakes and place on a plate top with bacon and 10 ml of agave syrup First time trying this myself I was pleasantly surprised it was beaut
