An ideal candidate would need to be... - smartly dressed, ideally wear restaurant uniform with tie. - Have very good manners, especially entering customers garden and coming out and in parking cars in front of the house. - Must have excellent customer service skills. - Must be very honest and sincere with customers especially in timing of the arrival of their meal and dealing with money. Must not overcharge or give less change or ask for gratuities. - Must drive in a very sensible manner in and out of residential areas no matter how busy we are.
