This web page is managed and controlled by Craigavon Borough Council.  Photographs are updated on a daily basis (Monday - Friday)  The Kennels are opened late on a Thursday evening from 5.30PM - 6.30PM. The existing tender for Dog Kenneling expired in May 2012 and the contract was re tendered with the successful application being awarded to Craigcor.

The dog warden and administrative staff within The Environmental Health Department is working closely with Craigycor to reduce the number of stray dogs and to maximise the number of dogs reclaimed / re homed.

Craigavon accommodate stray dogs on behalf of Craigavon Borough Council.  These kennels are inspected and registered by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development DARD.  The address of Craigycor is 8 Grovehill Road, Moira BT67 0PW.  Telephone No: 028 9261 1285.

Hours of opening - Monday to Friday 10.30 - 1.30 / 2.30 - 5.30 and Saturday 10 am - 12pm.  

The owner of the kennels facilitates the operation of Craigavon Borough Council's rehoming policy.  Work is ongoing with approved charities to ensure that as many dogs as possible find a suitable home.
