*** £50 Voucher *** As some of you may already know, Ellen Duke who has worked part time in Van Spares since day one has been selected as one of 5 students to represent Northumbria University in Zambia over the summer of 2017. The volunteer project involves a 6 week placement with the Volunteer Zambia project. Volunteer Zambia aims to have a positive impact on disadvantaged areas and communities which are often affected by high levels of unemployment, drug and alcohol abuse, exclusion and many health risks, including that of HIV and AIDS. On her placement she will be coaching volleyball to help enhance social community development and quality of life. She has a fundraising target of £1400 so we have donated a £50 voucher to raffle off!! Tickets will be sold at £2 per strip or £5 for 3 strips! You can get tickets off Ellen or just in the shop.
