Description
All@Yoga offers Yoga Sessions, Holistic & Deep Tissue Massage as well as Energy Healing that is a mixture of Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Shamanic techniques Alla trained as a Yoga teacher in Anusara Yoga tradition with Bridget Woods Kraemer. Alla is a member of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).
Through a period of years Alla has trained up to Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Karuna Reiki Practitioner Level Two with Judy Lamb.
Alla holds The ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage, Anatomy & Physiology.
Alla also offers Deep Tissue massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Our Yoga Circle in Old Coulsdon on Thursday nights is aimed at bringing together local community interested in yoga and meditation. This is a fun friendly environment open to mixed levels, just bring your positive attitude. There is also a Meetup Group called Old Coulsdon Yoga Meetup.
Happy Spring Equinox for those who are in the Nothern Hemisphere and the Autumn Equinox for those in the Southern! Blessings and may the nature rhythms attune you to your inner dance of life bringing plenty of healing.
