I make cakes and all sorts of yummy things,little and large! Everything from selecting and mixing ingredients to baking and decorating to your requirements.
I have always had a passion for baking, and it now extends to all confectionery and chocolate too I have been making cakes (even wedding cakes) for over 40 years! (Wow, that's scary....) Have decided to go public on Facebook to hopefully enlarge my passion.
I have my own range of cake stands and knives available for use on the day.
Recently returned to education to enhance my scientific knowledge behind the production side.
