[Workout Wednesday] Our members are going hard in the power and conditioning classes. Three movements we’ve been using a lot are the overhead press or push press from behind the head to work in both full body strength and posture. The medicine ball slams to work on our back and abdominal strength. The sumo deadlift to build stronger back, legs, abs and to shape up your hips to build a superior posterior 🍑. We always pick big #bangforyourbuck movements that work on a time of members goals. We want to be stronger, fitter, leaner, look better and feel better. Try using these three movements in your workouts. Hitting them for 5-10 sets of 3 reps in a circuit will work fantastically!

Just training for it requires you build iron shoulders, an amazing sense of balance and position and great core strength. . .
