POLITE NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS We hope our customers had a lovely Christmas and we wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year! We think of the families who have suffered significant tragedies during the festive period, our hearts go out to you. During this time however we kindly ask customers to take into consideration the following information before attending FuZe, during one of the busiest weeks in the year! We apologise in advance and ask you to consider the following before your visit. We are currently experiencing some difficulty with our heating system with only 1 of 3 heaters working in the main play area. We are awaiting an engineer who will assess the situation sometime next week as there is a possibility the facility may need to close in order to resolve the issue. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for your support however would like to state that during the busiest weeks, and with small kitchen facilities we do try however have difficulty in accommodating the high volume of orders placed in a timely manner and as such will be limiting our menu. We would also like you to consider this before your visit including a lengthy waiting times. The school holidays are the busiest times for us and customers will be required to stick to the 2-hour time slot as well as the possibility of an entry wait. We whole heartedly thank you for your custom and support however felt the need to update customers prior to their visit. Today has been a challenge for our staff due to the issues listed above however we cannot and will not accept verbal abuse of our staff. We understand that customers can get frustrated with lengthy waiting times however swearing and shouting at the staff will not be tolerated as well as the consumption of alcohol on our site. Any customers displaying unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave. We kindly ask that if you have any issues you would like to discuss with the management team or any ideas we would be delighted if you would complete a suggestions form and place in the suggestion box at FuZe or direct message us on here.
