We know many of our customers by name and what their order will be so we get it in the fryers when we see coming up the road. The building has remained in the family hands since the very start - and now descendants of the founders are back up front serving the Fylde's favourite fare again.
Manager Karen Bentley is the daughter of Frank Eckersley - who's the Grandson of the founders Jim and Sarah Helen Eckersley.
Having owned the shop for 11 years now, the couple have a strong bond with their customers - some of who travel from all over Lancashire to get their fish and chips.
