Hi everyone. On Sunday we had a visitor to the club. Sensei Adrian Starr came to visit us from Southampton to teach us some Shorinji Kempo. It was a great session, that left us all battered and bruised! Hope you all enjoyed it, and a huge thank you to Sensei Adrian for making the trip. Today we have a demo at Chorley Town Hall, starting at 13.30. Any students who are free are more than welcome to come down and participate. Anyone who is interested in starting a martial art, come down and say hello! Also, please remember there is no session tonight at the Blackbelt Foundation. Classes there have now stopped. Keep an eye on the page over the next couple of weeks, we will be letting you know when the Wednesday session is back up and running at Eaves Green.
