Chobham RFC has a development team, called the "Devils. The Devils are a a mixture of young, keen aspiring rugby players mixed with experienced players that are looking to take a step down from playing in the elite squad and help develop team mates. The idea of the Devils team is to allow all players to have fun, keep fit, learn new skills and play in a safe, social environment whilst making new friends at the same time.
