Sadly our course is still very wet underfoot and we are unable to get vehicles out onto it to prepare it for the season ahead ☹️ Although, if the sun continues to stay out like it has the past couple of days we may just be opening our gates in the first week of April 😊 Please share this post and ‘like’ our page for the latest updates regarding the course opening. Many of you have been asking when we will be reopening our gates for the season ahead and I’m pleased to say that it’s looking to be at the end of March! Of course this will all depend on the ground conditions and so it is not a promise that we will open then. 🌨 All I can ask is that you ‘like’ this page to keep an eye out for further updates nearer the time. Sadly the time of year has come when we have to start thinking about packing up for the winter 😢 We have a PROVISIONAL closing date of Friday 17th November, however this MAY CHANGE - it all depends on the weather and ground. Essex Hunt North’s hunter trial this weekend is now full and entries are closed. However, if anyone would like to still get involved there is the opportunity to have a go at fence judging. Please ask for more details 🐎
