A scrumptious debut at this Saturday's Christmas Market from CH'TEESE... CH'TEESE story A Ch’ti is someone from the North of France, from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region in particular. Originally from there, I have been living in London since 1999 and it is time to share a bit of my Côte d'Opale. This is the coastal region, situated opposite the white cliffs of the south-east. You might know the Cap Gris Nez (literally grey nose cape in English) and the Cap Blanc Nez (literally white nose cape in English) but there is more to it…Amazing beaches, dunes, coastal towns, swamps, estuaries, cliffs, forests…Yet you have traveled many times through the ports of Calais or Dunkerque and never even thought of stopping by. Here you are! A ‘taster’, no pun intended, with my selection of Cheeses from the countryside near Boulogne. Enjoy!
