A day in the life of the Gym!! don’t you just love it….

ALL MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE … Within the next two months new security gates will be fitted to the entrance of the Industrial estate and they will be on a time lock. The gates will automatically lock from 8pm and then open at 6am the following morning, the gym will be open as usual but make sure your transport is off before this time as you will not be able to remove it between those times. A side gate will be open for foot access to the units so it may be better to leave your transport outside on the roads opposite within the said times, a flashing light will be visible for sixty seconds whilst the gate closes so do not try to exit when the light flashes as you may be damaged by the gate closing.
