I Can now confirm that Hamper Scamper 2016 is officially completed. The appeal has been incredible this year and will transform thousands of peoples christmas right across Gloucestershire. None of this would of been possible if it wasn't for the fantastic support we have once again had from our amazing supporters. With your help we have delivered 1148 hampers and over 2500 gifts to disadvantaged children across the county. We have had a staggering 1024 people volunteer their time to support the appeal since 24th November in total volunteering a massive 3066 hours. I (AKA Mr Christmas) would like like to thank you all for supporting the appeal this year and look forward to thanking you all in person in 2017! I would like to say a special thank you to my team (Santa's Elves) Malcolm, Louise, Sharon, Sean, and Tal your help has been invaluable, you have been incredible I wouldn't be able to do it without you all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! See you all for Hamper Scamper 2017!

HAMPER SCAMPER 2016 has now closed its doors. This year has seen unprecedented support from busuniesses, schools, churches, community groups, organisations, and individuals. We have had an unprecedented amount of food and gifts donated. It would be impossble to name all those that helped out this year in this post, you all know who you are and what you did, and you can feel proud to have been part of the biggest and most successful Hamper Scamper to date. In the new year we will produce out anual report where we will have the oportunity to name and thank everyone involved. So a little sneak preview of the figures for 2016 watch out for more facts and figures in the Hamper Scamper report that will be coming out in January Over 800 volunteers from local businesses, community groups and organisations ensured we could achieve the mamouth task this year. 1146 hampers have been created and distributed. the value of all the food donated is £80,667.25 Every year we get out of date food but this year it was as low as we can remember, however the value of the out of date food was £520 This year we recieved 2500 gifts for children, making christmas morning a magical time for thousands of children this christmas. Hamper Scamper has grown over the years, here are some stats to show you how much. 2007 - 10 Hampers 2008 - 27 Hampers 2009 - 50 Hampers 2010 - 90 Hampers 2011 - 136 Hampers 2012 - 264 Hampers 2013 - 384 Hampers 2014 - 500 Hampers 2015 - 926 Hampers 2016 - 1146 Hampers Have a wonderful christmas from Mr Christmas Chris Knight and all of the Hamper Scamper team and all of the team at CCP.

A huge thank you to Karl at Lima Logistics Ltd for picking up a food donation for this years appeal from FareShare South West tomorrow. It's truly amazing the amount of businesses that support our appeal, without you all it just wouldn't be possible to do what we do!

Can you help us? We are currently looking for people to donate food or organise a workplace collection for our Christmas appeal. Here's a list of items we put in hampers which we give out to disadvantaged families, homeless young people, vulnerable adults and isolated elderly in Gloucestershire.
