💗⭐️As I only work certain hours/days I am having to put in the following policies which will hopefully enable me to utilise my time more efficiently. Please take a wee minute to read these new policies which will come into effect as of Monday 22nd January 2018. ⭐️💗 🔴New Clients🔴 New clients will be required to pay a non-refundable £10 deposit at the time of booking, which will come off the cost of their nail appointment. The £10 deposit can be carried over should the client need to reschedule and appropriate time is given (see below) 🔴Cancellations🔴 ▪️If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice. Should you cancel at short notice, you will need to pay a £5 booking fee prior to making another appointment. ⛔️ Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not message me at all will need to pay a £10 booking fee prior to making another appointment. ⏰ If you are running late for an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can 😊 I try to allow a 10 minute grace period, after this time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled depending on my diary. I have messages saved from people who have shown interest and will be in touch to see if they'd like to book in should spaces open up.
