SOUS CHEFS: We are seeking experienced sous chefs for both the Harbourview and the Ugadale Kitchens. Candidates should be enthusiastic, friendly and have a passion for producing and preparing high quality foods RECEPTION: Friendly and people-oriented are just two of the requirements for a full time position at the front desk of reception at our hotels. A desire to provide excellent customer service is also a requirement for this position. Some computer knowledge is important and the ability to work with the public is necessary. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVERS: Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic attitudes are important requirements for a server within our restaurants. Job requires a desire to provide outstanding service to all guests and customers. All positions will likely require weekend and night shifts. Pick up an application at reception at the Royal Hotel.
