Something for the weekend ✨ We have Charles Heidsieck as our Champagne by-the-glass because it’s one of the very few Champagnes that really ‘tastes’. Most Champagne is like a drier style of Prosecco - light, airy, wet, forgettable. Charles H is aged for over 5 years (twice the average) before release and as a result is nutty, rich and interesting.
