Our Mediterranean Lamb dish is now ready to go on for an overnight braise. Cooked with lemons, olives, sun dried tomatoes, red onions fresh rosemary, white wine & garlic it's a wonderful addition to our menu..and it's gluten free too..just ask for a gf bread roll instead

Modelled on the ethics of a very well known slimming club these dishes are made by making those clever swaps they teach you about...For example using oil sprays instead of olive oil, fat free cheese in our stuffed chicken breast and fat free creme fraiche with our chunky chilli..
