BridgEmployment is a small, friendly agency recruiting for office, healthcare and industrial staff with a reputation for listening to clients/candidates. BridgEmployment covers recruitment throughout the Homes Counties, and specialises in office based, health & social care and industrial roles. BridgEmployment pride themselves on being able to offer many years’ experience in the recruitment industry, together with a reputation for matching client and candidate. Time and energy is taken to get to know the organisations they work with and to source staff with the right qualifications and experience, often recruiting at very short notice.  Clients won’t be overloaded with cvs that aren’t tailored to their needs.

The BridgEmployment management team comprises Elaine Coyne and Zana Godfrey who are totally committed  to delivering excellent, bespoke recruitment solutions for both candidates and employers.  They offer a personal service and continuity – candidates/clients will speak to the same recruitment consultant each time.

Zana is an experienced recruiter and has spent over 25 years in the industry. She spent over 20 years with the top nationwide high street agency culminating in a role as Branch Manager and Account Manager managing a temp section of 300-400 temps on a weekly basis.  Prior to joining BridgEmployment , Zana spent 7 years with a local independent agency   where she gained an excellent reputation for offering an all-round recruitment solution, including being able to offer solid advice and guidance to clients and candidates for both permanent and temp recruitment.

Prior to establishing BridgEmployment, Elaine worked in partnership with health and social care organisations, recruiting for the healthcare industry.  She originally comes from a commercial/ business development background and has a reputation for being totally committed to delivering a high level of service by always going that extra mile.
The BridgEmployment team recognise that time is money and endeavour to save clients both  time and money by only introducing candidates who have the right experience and qualifications and have shown a keen  interest in working with the organisation.  Each candidate is met with and assessed prior to introducing them to the client and a CV is only forwarded on to the client when it has been ascertained that the candidate is happy to be considered for interview.  All candidates are fully briefed on  the company’s background and will have been sent a copy of the job specification, website details etc. prior to interview.  Zana and Elaine like to work as an extension of the client’s HR Team.
An introductory visit will be made to the client’s office/premises to enable the BridgEmployment team to understand the company’s vision and meet with relevant management/team members which will ensure that the only candidates recommended for interview will fit seamlessly into the team.
Unlike the majority of bigger agencies, BridgEmployment has the flexibility to negotiate fees/rates: they understand the current economic climate and want to work with clients to keep recruitment costs to a minimum.
