Last night l had a great example of why you should be completely honest about your colour history!!!! During a consultation my client mentioned that she had coloured her hair around 4/5 years ago. There was no evidence of it in her hair...a quick strand test on her ends showed me that the product l was going to use wasn’t going to lift it. If l had gone ahead without that vital piece of information, a 4 hour service would have ended up taking 8 hours. Trust your stylist, be honest, give a full history of EVERYTHING you’ve done....and remember.....if you’ve coloured your own hair at home, and you’ve had to mix two products together....it’s not a wash in/wash out. ITS PERMANENT. I dont care what it said on the box. You’ve mixed a tint with a peroxide, and that bugger ain’t washing out for no one!!!!!

The best part of my job is getting to meet such lovely people. This young lady was an absolute delight....has not stopped talking for 4 hours and has had me in stitches. A beautiful balayage for a beautiful girl❤️❤️
