A massive well done to J&G Gym co owner Jemma for coming 3rd in North Wales Strongest Woman over 70kg class today, and member Maxeene who also came 3rd in the under 70kg class. Great work girls, you have done the gym proud.
Congratulations to our member Douglas Lee who won North Wales Strongestman 100kg class yesterday. Well done mate, fantastic achievement.

Ladies hour, Thursdays 8-9pm £2.00 per session, any ability! Free run of the gym with no men in sight! Working out doesn’t have to be a chore, come and enjoy yourself, have a laugh, make some progress, achieve some goals and interact with other women alike 😀💪🏻
