Coming Soon to Hollins Village Dooties are an authentic Italian Pizzeria based in the heart of Hollins Village. This local restaurant serve the finest food using the very best of ingredients sourced from the best local and Italian suppliers.
Dooties is a family run pizzeria based in the heart of Hollins Village, serving authentic Italian food and wine.
Open from 9am, Dooties offers something for all to enjoy from a tasty breakfast, casual lunch or delicious evening meal.
Owners, Damian and Rachel opened the restaurant in early 2017 after realising a dream to restore a dormant building into a vibrant business that serves it's community, and some of the finest food around.
An old Co-op, the building holds much history dating back to Victorian times and retains much of it's original character, now combined with a modern and contemporary twist.
Much thought was put into the design - a fully stripped back original wooden floor, tastefully decorated whilst maintaining simplicity, the restaurant is warm and inviting and boasts a comfortable atmosphere and the inviting aroma of freshly cooked pizza.
Even the name is true to it's location; In the 20th century the name of the lane running by the golf club close to Church Meadows, Hollins was called Doots Hill, often referred to as "Dooties".
Ingredients
A variety of the fresh produce used at Dooties is sourced from local companies, whilst Italian ingredients such as Mozzarella and
San Marzano tomatoes are purchased directly from Italy to ensure a truly authentic taste. An Italian pizza oven is used for most of the menu to make the most delicious, thin and crispy pizzas, garlic breads and pastries bringing you a little piece of Italy to Bury. A selection of wines and Prosecco, predominantly of Italian origin compliment the menu.

Good Morning Peeps, Exciting Times Ahead! Just a quick Dooties update: As we move closer to Our First Birthday Early May, we are making some improvements to Dooties. We have decided to change some of our Opening Times Temporarily between now and the Easter Weekend. We Will be closed Monday and Tuesday we will then be open as normal Wednesday to Saturday 12pm until 11pm and we will be extending our Sunday Opening to 12pm until 10pm.
