***IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ, SHARE AND SPREAD THE WORD*** Christmas Time is a special day for many. A lot of our closest and most respected friends and family celebrate year in, year out. So we know how much of a special time of year it is for all of you that do celebrate it. That being said, there's many, many people out there who aren't able to celebrate with family or friends. In fact, there's many, far too many people out here on our local streets that won't even have a roof over their head. Never mind the massive feasts and gifts us lucky ones are likely to receive..... This upsets us. No one. Regardless of personal circumstances should feel alone on Christmas Day. So, us at THE MUSCLE FACTORY, along with BLADES PROFESSIONAL BARBERS and SECOND IMPRESSIONS BARBERS will be opening the gym and Blades Barbers doors for ALL THE LOCAL HOMELESS PEOPLE. Of course non of this would be possible without the generous help from OASIS GRILLAZ who will be providing plenty of delicious food. We will be offering food/drinks, showers, haircuts/shaves and hats/gloves etc to take away with them. We'll try and throw a bit of entertainment in the mix seeing as it's Christmas. Can't promise much like but there'll be.... This guy here was coming to the gym late last year but he didn't have any umph. His heart wasn't in it 😣. He messaged me asking about a key (available at a charge to monthly members) at the beginning of this year o he could come in early AM. I told him if he is willing to give 100% then I'll give him 100% support and back up. So much so I make sure he has a lift in the mornings and when he's having a cba day I'll make him come.
