Julie-Ann liked the pearl Mala bead set so much, she made herself one. However, she re-used pearls from her wedding day and a large agate given to her by her sister. What a lovely way to keep heirloom pieces up-to date. Julie-Ann has created this beautiful 108 individual Natural Freshwater Pearls which make up this Mala Bead Necklace. The guru beads are rarely seen Strawberry Quartz, which is a clear quartz with red inclusions of iron oxide. In between every pearl/bead is a microbead of Iolite. Sticking with my quest to burn engrave some large pieces of solid wood 'this one being english Oak for our shop' I have just completed a new piece measuring over 475mm x 435mm and around 55mm thick hence very heavy, called "Fantasy Dream". Although called Fantasy Dream all dreams have meanings if on a awakening level for the inner being the inner you, I will leave the interpretation to the beholder to see how this transpires within. Thank you for all your beautiful comments about my last piece, Its so pleasing that so many love our creations. Staying with all new designs as promised, I have just completed another large solid wood with waney edge of Sunflowers my take on van gogh masterpiece. I felt the need to bring some sun into our lives with this 3d burnt engraving.

Here we are 2018 it seems to have been a while since we posted on here, not that we haven't been busy. Now we are looking forward to the new year with new designs, One of which is the first photo it is one I have completed before but this one stands 720mm tall and 450mm wide in three solid oak pieces joined by dowels. This piece is very heavy! and is a centerpiece for our shop in Bude.
