Description
Folk, acoustic and traditional in a North East Scotland Pub. Portknockie is a fishing village on the Moray Firth. The music session is every month on the last sunday afternoon. All welcome.We welcome musicians, poets, storytellers and audience to join us We welcome musicians, poets, storytellers and audience to join us every last sunday of the month at the Seafield Inn, Portknockie, Buckie, Moray.
There are usually some sandwiches, crisps etc. kindly supplied by the landlord.
We have an annual BBQ in August and set up a pa just like a mini festival!!
There is no charge for our monthly events, and we have no committee, constitution or organisation of any type.
Just come along, enjoy the hospitality, music and the beer.

Hi Folks Because it is Portsoy Boats Festival this weekend followed by the usual summer doldrums, (not to mention lots of work and family commitments), we have decided to have a break and cancel the June, July, and August sessions. After that , as they say, watch this space.
