Just a little update. Unfortunately the damage is quite extensive, the insurance company have been in today, and we are hoping that by the end of next week we may be able to start getting the repairs done. We just have to work with and wait for the go ahead from the insurance company. Would like to say a huge thankyou for all the messages of support and offers of help from everyone on here and everyone we bump into, we are pushing as hard as we can to get the shop back open. Thankyou for your patience.

Due to the unforeseen circumstances we have had to announce the winner of our little Easter competition early. Lee smith guessed correctly by being bang on with his guess of 742 eggs in the jar. So well done Lee. It’s unfortunate we could not keep the competition running longer so we could have raised more money. I’m unsure of the amount raised as we put it in the collection box, so I’m hoping Neil will let us know when he collects and opens it. Thank you to everyone who entered, and hopefully we will get to do something again soon.

We are very sorry to inform all our customers that we are unable to reopen the shop in the near future, as due to a pipe bursting in the flat above our premises it has caused extensive damage to the shop and our equipment. We will be working on getting things sorted, but it looks like it may be a long drawn out process. We will keep you informed and updated on progress and hopefully we will be able to reopen in the near future. We are very sorry.
