YOGA FOR BACK PAIN 4 Week course at the Bellissima Health & Beauty Clinic Starting Thursday 25th February 6-7pm Yoga Teacher and Therapist Naomi Dakin will be running a 4 week course for those suffering with lower back pain. Whether caused by incorrect posture, regular lifting of heavy objects or sitting/standing for long periods, Yoga can be hugely beneficial to bring relief for back pain and help prevent further episodes. The course includes: 4 weekly Yoga sessions, maximum 5 per class, a hand-out covering yoga practices for you to continue with at home.
