We are an independent tea rooms run by four friends, based in Saltdean. We are available for bookings, afternoon tea and we also cater private functions.

19th March 11am-3pm! 💐🎨 We are holding a craft day for local craft designers, free entry to come and have a look at peoples stalls! Refreshments available!
At The Avenue Tea Rooms we are holding a charity event in order to raise money for seriously and terminally ill children! It will be held on the 14th May with 3 different sittings at: 12pm 3pm 7pm Which will include a 2 course trafiditional Hungarian meal of: Devilled Eggs Meat or veg Goulash With a raffle and auction to be held at 9pm! £15.00 per person, with all proceeds to go to Starlight.
