🤝 Our staff have been training with Laurie at The Grow Consultancy to help understand our management style, give better feedback and develop our coaching skills to the amazing staff in the nursery. 🗯Angela, our nursery manager said ‘I thought the training was very beneficial to my role. I have used aspects of it to enhance my team and allow them to take a more active leadership role in their work'.

I also thought the coaching way of speaking to staff was really good. I’m going to try the personality tests with the staff as I think they'll like it.’
