Small changes matter Don't think exercise only means doing a gym session until you're sweating and can't move. There are other ways to keep yourself in shape during the day such as walking to the shops instead of driving, take the stairs instead of the escalator, get up from your desk at work and walk around the office briefly. Small changes make a massive difference. Have a great day!
