Suffering from anger management issues in the long-term can affect your health. WEIGHT & HYPNOTHERAPY It is understandable that our relationship with food meets a positive need somewhere. By targeting the unconscious mind with powerful suggestion techniques, a hypnotherapist will help you develop a new, positive relationship with food and exercise. The aim of hypnotherapy for weight-loss is to make you feel confident about your body, change any negative thoughts about eating and help you lose weight responsibly without impacting your physical and emotional well-being.

Weight can have more far reaching consequences than we might think. Have a look at this: Are we condemning children to be obese and ill? Interesting facts from The Health Sciences Academy A recent research, published in Maternal and Child Health Journal in May 2016, reported that excessive maternal weight gain and blood glucose levels can increase childhood obesity risk, even in infants with normal birth weight. Lewis and Leitch in the book Fat Planet have highlighted a tendency that obese adults are producing a generation of adults with metabolic problems. Women with a higher maternal body mass index are producing fatter babies with more fat in the babies’ livers, and if these problems persist they “could put the child at risk of lifelong metabolic health problems.” The Barker Hypothesis highlights the importance of the nutritional environment in which the foetus develops in. According to this hypothesis, foetal and infant nutrition “permanently programmes metabolism” and determines a person’s “susceptibility to chronic disease in later life.”
