❇️MOTIVATION MONDAY❇️ Riley is 13 years old and has cerebral palsy, he has done personal Training for the last 8 weeks and has massively improved already. His confidence while walking is miles better and his legs and upper body have strengthened a lot. It will take a while for Riley to walk unassisted by himself but it will happen. Feel free to share this 2 minute montage of Riley’s progress.

💜 Riley’s weekly progress💜 Cerebral Palsy ✅ Excuses? Never! ⛔️ This is Riley managing to hold himself up for roughly 20 seconds with 5Kg extra weight! (Nearly one stone) We take for granted our ability to control our movement with simple things for most people like standing up & walking... Riley needs to put all his effort into doing these tasks but he is progressing massively every week! This boy will walk himself one day, just you watch! I hope his journey inspires you just as much as it does me training him weekly! Feel free to share his videos and inspire those close to you.
