Weve been really busy this last year or so with, amongst other things, some very cool design floors.. heres a taster of one we completed yesterday and we will post more soon.. Images are of the brand new Massimo Invent, herringbone parquet pattern tile with a thin oak strip framing a 2 tile border 😍

Here's a pitched pine floor installation we completed in Cockermouth.. it was an interesting installation as the pine was slightly warped so the clamping process was fairly extensive.. still it looks great and was well worth it!

Two different types of border

This was an interesting kitchen, originally we installed the floor with the border running into the doorway but the client felt that it didnt suit her kitchen and asked me to change it, which of course i was happy to do, ive posted it as an example of both.

There is always something special about working with people who are artistically adventurous, i have been very lucky to have worked on Black Friars for Rob, Ollie and Brad, the spec was to create bays for artists to work in without creating barriers.

Antique Slate & Rustic Birch Design Floor

Here is a great example of what you can achieve with these versatile Luxury Vinyl Tiles. To create the feeling of continuity but still separating the different areas we used the same slate and birch tiles with pearl feature strips throughout and simply reversed the body and border. Coupling the flooring with under cupboard lighting gives a wonderfull effect.. Our spec was "To create something that will wow visitors", the customer liked what we did so much they asked us to come up with something jaw dropping for the lounge.. i think we cracked it. :)
