The Mobile Boxing Coach and founder of JAB, based in Bournemouth. My style of coaching combines boxing fitness with your needs and with an emphasis on trying to pass on the knowledge I have gained through years of experience as a qualified England boxing coach and a head coach at Bournemouth’s longest running amateur boxing gym. I am fortunate to be a mobile coach and offer the option of taking our 1 to 1’s or group classes outside, where I will use my experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and England Boxing Coach to incorporate varied workouts in amazing settings. I use imaginative and innovative drills to help get the best results for my clients. I hold a British boxing board of control pro licence meaning that if you choose to train with me you can have the opportunity to go down the route of professional boxing and the chance to achieve your full potential in the sport. If you are interested in this side of boxing I also offer you competitive sparring at a Bournemouth boxing gym.

Being a good boxer in practice is 95% physical and 5% mental. of course You have to work hard on your conditioning and “physical fitness” to succeed. However, once you step into the ring for a bout, the percentages turns on its head. Being successful is 95% mental and 5% physical. You have the conditioning, technique and fight strategy, now you have to make sure that you stay calm under pressure and keep yourself focused on the right things. For example, your concentration needs to stay in the moment, on executing this punch only. If you let your mind jump ahead to the future, (i.e. thinking about winning or losing) or slip back to the past (i.e. a previous mistake or bout), then you’ll end up getting yourself too uptight and distracted to perform to your potential. I my self suffered from this mental frailty and caused me never to fully achieve my full potential. These mental limitations can stop you from achieving potential in all forms of life, remember to look in the mirror and look for your strengths everyone has a unique gift so go and realise it and achieve your goals

Zeitgeist Ending - Meaning Of Life Quotes

***What if the meaning of life is just to love***. There is no greater purpose or greater meaning in Everything and anything than love. It doesn’t have to be solely people, it can range from a pet to something abstract and imaginary. Even if you don’t love life itself, through loving things/beings in your life you find meaning, purpose.Maybe we should choose our dream job because that is what we LOVE to do. Trust in love You will choose whatever path you choose because that is the path that you LOVE. Love is the very purpose of living, and like I said, it doesn’t matter what you love, so long as it exists, and as long as you love, your life is not wasted. When you love someone/something, unconditionally, it gives your life meaning, it gives you the will to live POSITIVELY not negativity which comes from living in fear, and that’s one of the greatest treasures love can give, a positive, healthy attitude towards life, and of life towards you. Love unconditionally as much as you can And you’ll find. The more you send your love to others, the more you’ll appreciate the love you’re giving, making you also love yourself UNCONDITIONALLY. So dont let life make you feel scared or alone remember its just a ride you will have ups and downs but its just a choice between living in fear or love i know what I would choose
