Hatton Academy ABC Classes are designed to help you learn Boxing techniques and improve your fitness with an Instructor backed up by the best. Hatton ABC is a unique Boxing for fitness class that involves learning how to strike, defend and move like a Boxer whilst increasing both your anaerobic and aerobic fitness. This non-contact class is pad-work focused and will have you throwing multiple punch and defensive combo’s that work the whole body. Learning boxing doesn’t have to be intimidating; it is one of the best sports for both physical and mental strength. Each class is mixed to include both technique instruction and then putting the punches to practice in fat burning HIIT sessions and pad-work combinations. Working with a partner also gives the opportunity to become the trainer, which in turn greatly improves your own technique. Whether you are looking to learn self-defence, improve your overall fitness or simply smash away a stressful day then Hatton ABC is for you!
