A revisit to one of our previous jobs today, A stunning 2 bedroom cottage in Longridge. This house Has had a full refurb from being taken back to a stone shell with no floor.
Suite fitted this morning, finished off nicely with a waterfall shower, ready for decoration.
A bathroom refurb underway, reconfigured moving the bath, tiled in grey stone tiles finished off with chrome box trims ready for the rest of suite tomorrow.
Here is the progress on our current project, 2 bedroom cottage in longridge. This was a full rip out back to brick, floor dug up, new DPC and slab. Tanking on the whole ground floor walls, framed out and boarded, full rewire, pluming works, new staircase, log burner installed, full kitchen with integrated, washing machine dishwasher fridge freezer, Belfast sink, solid oak worktops, we moved the bathroom from downstairs to upstairs and made the old bathroom into a smaller WC and utility area, all new windows and doors, painted exterior, and a big decking area and fence to the back of the property.
