Tonight we celebrate everything that Stu and Rachael have done for us. I refuse to say goodbye, this is not goodbye, this is 'until we see each other again'. Between them Stuart and Rach have built the greatest pub in Blackpool but even that doesn't do them justice. They have welcomed us into their family and created a home for us when we needed one. The Marshall-Rushton Clan are the best people anyone could wish to meet and I have no idea what I am going to do other than eagerly count the days until the re-open. But above all I truly hope that they know that it's not Gillespies - Blackpool who have my loyalty. It is them. It is their family and no matter what I will be there for them. They are the finest individuals anyone could hope to meet and Gillespies, Blackpool, our lives wouldn't be the same without you guys. A little something from Jack Haslam
