TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments: (we do not do payment on delivery):
Refunds are given up to 7 days prior to pick up in Romania for the amount MINUS a £15 admin fee, for example if the pick date is the 6th August 2015, payment is due on the 30th July 2015, then refunds will only be given up to the 29th July 2015.
Payment is required in full: 7 Days prior to collection from country of origin, or the space may be reallocated.
You can pay via PayPal using family and friends option please.
Or via online banking
7 Days prior to pick the full amount is payable regardless of cancellation on that day, if payment has not been received on the day payable and there is a cancellation we will invoice for the full amount owning at that point.
No refunds are payable if animals are deemed not fit to travel by our team on the day of pick up. At our discretion we may transfer the fee to the next travel date.
Chip lists along with the photo of the pet and the passport scans are required at the latest 7 days prior to collection.
Incorrect Passports, microchip number, weeping wounds/fresh wounds and general visual health problems Europet will not allow travel, and no refunds will be issued, we may use our discretion and transfer the fee to the next travel date.
Europet reserves the right to refuse travel to animals that could endanger or harm the staff or the other animal on transport.
Please note Europet require you to treat for external parisites 24 hours prior to transport.
Europet also requires the Kennel Cough Vaccine
Additional information:
The cost of your pet’s transport includes: food, exercise, their own pet carer, costs of journey including Defra fees at the border, staff costs. They will receive food (dogs- royal canin sensible), water, warm bedding, crate for safety as standard for all journeys. Our vans all have air-conditioning for the hot days and our van Elouise has a night heater for the winter months.

2017 – Transport Dates 17th January 2017 14th February 2017 14th March 2017 11th April 2017 16th May 2017 20th June 2017 2017 Pricing – and booking information Rescue Prices only Small is up to Shih Tzu size - £150 Medium is up to Cocker Spaniel size - £150 Large is up to Labrador size - £160 Bigger than Labrador is Extra Large - £160 For Bosnians we add £15 to each size. Cats - Romania - £90 Cats - Bosnia - £100 For EU drops on route to Calais we deduct £10 If a dog is not the same size as what is in the chip list, transport can be refused, and payment not refunded, so on booking we require a recent photo of the dog. We also require the chip list and passport photos sent to transporteuropet@gmail.com after booking. Please do not leave it until the last day, we need time to get the chip list for TRACES ready.

We put a call out for donations and received some wonderful stuff from the lovely folks at Helping Paws https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=159765410810177 It's all been delivered and very much appreciated Europet added to the donations as we will again.
Very soon the dogs in Romania will be facing a very harsh winter...if anyone has dog coats they can donate and blankets we will make sure they get to the dogs in need...please send them to Norton Heath and we will get them to Romania 😘😘😘 NORTON HEATH EQUESTRIAN CENTRE FINGRITH HALL LANE BKACKMORE ESSEX CM4 0JP We will also collect on the onwards run 15th October. FOR RESCUES IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT I have been asked if there is something we can do on the dog prices as you know it's difficult .. However, we know others are doing loyalty schemes so we are offering to rescues like others: For every 6th dog travelling the price will be half price on a block booking. We also have the booking loyalty scheme, which will be re-introduced in the next few days We hope this helps bring more dogs safely to the UK

Today we have a glorious sunny bank holiday in the UK As many enjoy themselves remember just for a short time we have many more to save. We have not forgotten them, us humans are gathering strength to start again.
