Tonight I have spent a little time just doing something to wind down. This for me was a little coloring in. Fab for me to de stress..... It was a fab day today. It was spent alongside an amazing charity G.R.A.C.E and raising funds for my social enterprise New Dawn Wellbeing Hub @ Kirkintilloch Canal Festival. And I couldn't do something like this without a little homage to all my Daisy Babies..... With all the teddies being named after Daisy Babies. I even got a visit from one of my Daisy Mummies & Babies 😍 Now for some sleep as tomorrow is the beginning of week 6...and lots of babies graduating 🎓🎓 yeay!!!! #FeelGoodFriday Another Positive affirmation to start your weekend with. Who thinks they are perfect?? Certainly not me, and even more so when it comes to parenting. One of my favourite sayings is 'everyday is a school day' As we are all imperfect is some way, but that just means we are normal. Navigating motherhood can be tricky, and it is best to have people around you that understand that, that have went through that or are currently going through it. To tell you it is normal to be feeling the way you are or doing what you are doing. To have someone else telling you they are going through the same thing can be so reassuring to hear. I am a firm believer in Peer to Peer support & it is one of the things I love about Daisy and it is the reason I became a teacher, with my kids it was that support on top of the amazing classes that I found to be invaluable. If you have any friends who are mums why not tell them about Daisy, it can be the best decision you make. It was for me. And we are and will always be in this together. The Daisy Foundation - Mum's the word.

Totally agree. Going to Daisy Birthing was the best decision I made when I was pregnant with Casey and definitely has a positive impact on my Birth. And also the reason I became a Daisy Teacher as for lots of mums and myself it was the start of an amazing journey, meeting lots of new friends and having fun at baby classes. A time in my life I won't forget. Check out more about Daisy Birthing below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Meet Bob......Bob🐻 is joining me at work this week....Bob is looking forward to meeting all of my Daisy Babies. How much fun would it be if there was a Bring You Bear to Work Week Daisy Baby Classes provide a contuity for mummies and babies from 6 weeks right up until baby is 18 months old through all of our age appropriate classes.🧡 ❤️From when you join Daisy Tinies, that first class, for mummies and babies to move, learn baby massage and enjoy a little relaxation, as well as baby most likely feeding and cuddling (which we welcome as it is completely normal). You are also encourage to have a cuppa and a chat with myself and the other mums in your class. Start creating your own little mummy groups. 💜When babies are starting to roll and become more interested in object we transition to Daisy Wriggler, where babies from 5 months have lots of fun, but not too much, as we do not want to over stimulate them, with baby yoga, sensory play, book time and finishing with our parachute. Today we are reading That's Not My.....Bear!!🐻 💙And fear not if baby begins to crawl and/or walk, then we also have our amazing Daisy Cruisers Class, which is an extension of Wrigglers for the more mobile baby, where we are encouraging baby to mimic our movements and scaffolding them to help them. We have you covered.👍 Have a look at my recommendations from mums who have came to classes recently for an insight 😍 Book in to a Daisy Baby Class today, held on Mondays and Tuesdays New Dawn Wellbeing Hub. Next term begins on 9th & 10th September It will be a decision you wont regret. 😀 https://thedaisyfoundation.com/teacher/dawn-smith/ Or DM me for more information😊

At a few weeks old now. We are trying to find our way/navigate babyhood 😂 This would be one the first times we went out to a party (a wee Easter house party). And as lots of babies do Logan loved his little spot on my chest. Having Silent Reflux probably had something to do with it too 😬. We had a lovely day with family and friends. Logan fed lots/slept some and got cuddles from everyone. Looking back in it now, it does all seem like a bit of a blue, and doesn't feel like it was 5 years ago. As hard as it can be, those precious moments are lovely memories. And we have by no means had an easy road. My big boy still loves a cuddle. But he more than half the size of me now. So not quite the same. And this mama loves a cuddle too 🤗🤗 Which is why you will most likely find me surrounded by mummies and babies and having awesome baby cuddles to allow another mama the chance to have a hot cup of tea or even just go to the bathroom 😂 As babies being close to their mummy especially is those early days and week is so beneficial. They relax at the sound of our heart beat (remember they listened to it constantly for 9 months). Having a baby who loves that position isn't going to 'create a rod for your own back' it is the babies way of finding comfort and as parents we use the tools we have to help babies. And in those early weeks it is all about recreating the '4th Trimester' for our babies. Helping them to adjust to life outside of the womb. And who can resist and baby nestled onto your chest (unless that said baby has been there all night mind u 😭) Daisy Parent Workshop covers all about 4th Trimester babies and much more. Check out dates available. Or I am also taking Private Courses for those who would prefer.

#FeelGoodFriday Dare Greatly Ask for what you need Talk and have those hard conversations. I am always here for you, Daisy is a safe space. I truly believe this and this belief comes from experience, of coming to classes when my eldest was little, and being able to chat and share (at a pretty vulnerable part of both mine and Logan's lives). And to never have lost this. Through a second pregnancy, then a second set of classes with Casey. Now even as a teacher. Happy Friday Everyone Have an amazing weekend

We are half way through our current Killearn Wrigglers Term. And all Mummies and Babies in class originally joined me in January when I launched my first Tinies class in Killearn. Today we had so much fun with the Duck theme (thanks to all my mummies for letting pictures be taken especially Hannah McAuley and Clairee Kirkpatrick Cattrell who had just finish a HIIT class). I can't believe it is coming up for September already I have loved teaching in Killearn & with your help will continue to do so. If you have recently had a baby or know someone who has or even is about to. Let them know about Daisy Baby Classes in the area. 🌼Daisy Tinies is suitable from 6 weeks 🌼Days Wrigglers is suitable from 5 months Classes held in Studio 63 Killearn. Book now for Tinies starting on 12th September. And can be booked online https://thedaisyfoundation.com/teacher/dawn-smith/ #daisy #baby #killearn #yoga #massage #book #sensory #parachute
