This vectra 1.9cdti says it all (people who ain't got a clue how to tune a car should stay away lol ) this car was remapped by someone and made less power car had welded Inlet, egr blanked ,fmic and main cat removed and straight through Exhaust made 111bhp & 195lbft on previous tune and felt flat so was flashed with full stock ori map file and made a healthy 168bhp & 269lbft that means the tune was making it loose 57bhp & 74lbft from stock, so then on to the tune starting a fresh from ori we went about Tunning this car after a few map revisions we settled on a final figure of 223bhp & 328lbft So from when the car first came in on previous tune the gains are insane 112bhp & 133lbft gain on previous tune and a 55bhp & 59lbft gain from stock map so one very happy customer the drive will be fun Get at us for all remapping ,Dyno runs ect

This Astra 2.0 turbo conversion in yesterday for remapping ,car was running an z20ler engine 110k but a z20lel ecu witch is the lower power model 170bhp , car had the following mods airtec fmic ,Vxr turbo, decats and exhaust system ,1.9cdti airbox conversion on stock map only made 148bhp & 192lbft so was down in power a bit We fitted Vxr injectors and maf to the car scalled them in and went from there and final result was 253bhp & 311lbft @1.04bar That's a massive 105bhp & 119lbft gain Just shows not allways adding hardware mods without mapping will get power sometimes theese things need mapping in correctly to gain the most power Get at us for all remapping, Dyno runs ect
